Igor NSK continues work on running in the "Monolith"

🎯 Igor NSK continues the break-in work on the "Monolit».

Igor takes a meticulous approach to every detail, bringing both the process and the result to perfection.

What I would like to add today.

The "Monolit" was originally designed for warfare — with a large safety margin and full magazine feeding in calibers .33XC, .375CT, .37XC, and .408CT.

Igor is a man of no compromises. And he has always been a devoted advocate of single-shot rifles — Single Shot.

But that makes his impressions of the "Monolit" all the more interesting — but let's not retell them — everything is in the audio. ⬇️👇

Special attention deserves the magazine feeding. The feeding geometry of the "Monolit" is designed so that during chambering, the bullet does not contact the feed ramp. This allows for gentle feeding of a precision cartridge even with minimal bullet seating tension — 0.001″, without disturbing the bullet seating.

For a high-precision rifle of this class, this is fundamental: magazine feeding must not become a compromise in accuracy.
