The BespokeGun production facility has been designed to meet the requirements of our own design and engineering department and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
The company sets the highest standards for its production facilities. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment with numerical control software for high-precision metalworking.
Special high-strength, alloyed, stainless, and chrome-molybdenum martensitic aging steels are used in the production of bolt group parts. They undergo several stages of heat treatment to achieve the required internal metal structure.
We process the receiver using high-tech EDM machines to achieve a controlled increase in the friction coefficient between surfaces in contact with the aluminum chassis. A pre-prepared electrode burns out micro-irregularities at a specific pitch and direction to prevent the receiver from “shifting” relative to the desired position at the moment of firing.
Complex configuration elements: the receiver, recoil lug, combat pins, and BespokeGun firing mechanism parts are manufactured using electrical discharge machining.

At all stages of technological operations, quality control is carried out, where deviations from the reference values specified in the design documentation are identified. The final stage of product quality control is the conclusion of a highly qualified shooter. The product will not be allowed for further use if it does not meet the company's high internal standards.
In 2025, BespokeGun launched its own barrel production. This made it possible to produce the required quantities of barrel blanks with a quality comparable to that of the world's leading manufacturers of stainless steel barrels with characteristics similar to 416R. Now the company has no restrictions on the characteristics of the barrels it produces: caliber, rifling pitch, length, barrel contour, and so on.
When turning the cartridge chambers, a specially designed 6-position tool is used, which allows for maximum alignment of the cartridge chamber with the barrel channel and a machining accuracy of approximately Ra 0.32.
The method of producing cartridge chambers using electroerosion technology allows any cartridge chamber configuration to be quickly created for any existing type of ammunition.
The turning machining centers at BespokeGun have a solid cast bed reinforced with optimally positioned stiffening ribs. This design minimizes vibration, mechanical and thermal deformation, and the bed also has good thermal stability, which, combined with a customized mounting platform for the machine, guarantees long-term stable accuracy.
