In 2025, BespokeGun launched its own barrel production. This allowed the company to produce barrels of the required quality, which were comparable to the world's leading stainless steel manufacturers in terms of 416R characteristics.
Now, the company has no restrictions on the characteristics of the produced barrels, including caliber, rifling pitch, length, barrel contour, and more.

The company produces high-precision barrels using blank barrels with perfect barrel geometry. All manufactured barrels undergo a thorough quality control check using modern equipment.

1. Explanation of the BG (BespokeGun) blank.

BG (BespokeGun) blanks: stainless steel, similar to 416R; made by planing.

2. Custom barrels - Individual configuration (according to the technical specifications and by agreement)

We manufacture barrels with an individual configuration (according to the technical specifications and by agreement). The configuration can be any, and it is agreed upon before the work begins.

Imported Bartlein / True-Flite blank barrels: different contours, twists, lengths, and calibers are available. The availability of a specific configuration for the client's needs should be clarified with the manager.

Caliber, length, and contour

Twist and rifling

1) for specific bullets/velocities/distances (twist options to be agreed upon)

2) rifling profile/geometry options — according to the task

Chamber (chamber options and bullet entry under your ammunition and store) - setting for a specific bullet/COAL, including stock for burning (on request)

Muzzle part - thread under DTK/moderator, crown, length of the threaded part - by agreement

Finish and marking - coatings/processing/marking - by task and requirements

Cost and time: calculated by configuration. The base prices of the barrel are based on the price list, and the deviations depend on the complexity and parameters of the barrel

3. Premium line of "Championship Grade" blanks (championship level)

The premium line is designed for tasks that require the highest possible stability and repeatability of the result. It is manufactured using an extended technological route and undergoes enhanced control.

What distinguishes "Championship Grade"?

1) Steel control: input control of the material batch (identification, confirmation of parameters, traceability).
Extended control of the straightness and internal parameters of the barrel before and after finishing operations. Additional honing of the barrel before rifling (surface and geometry preparation before planing).

2) Manual finishing of the barrel channel (lapping).

3) Finishing polishing to the required surface level.

4) Special quality control at each stage: geometry, alignment, surface control, and parameter stability.

5) Strict tolerances and extended acceptance criteria according to BespokeGun's internal standards.

6) Configuration.

Caliber / length / contour / twist / chamber - individual configuration (according to the technical specifications and upon agreement). The premium line is an additional option for the basic barrel manufacturing. The cost is calculated individually and depends on the configuration and the amount of finishing operations.

4. Diagnostics before rechambering (for any rifle)

Diagnostic options:

1) Express diagnostics: 15,000 (2-3 hours)

2) Full diagnostics with a written conclusion on an electronic medium: 30,000 (6-8 hours)
