First-year barrel production recap: 1,000 blanks, multi-stage QC (OTK), proven competition results, and the launch of the button-rifling process.
During this time, several key events coincided:
The first 1,000 barrel blanks were manufactured using the planing method. The entire batch underwent a full production cycle and multi-stage quality control, including measurements, parameter recording, and video documentation, from the first blank to the last.
These barrels have been tested in real-world conditions. Over the course of a year, rifles assembled using blanks from this batch have repeatedly won first place in competitions. This is not a random occurrence, but rather a consistent pattern.
In parallel with this, production was brought to a state of full technological freedom. We are not limited to fixed configurations: twists, rifling profile, and other barrel geometry. The configuration is determined by the task, not by the limitations of technology.
And it was during this period that the technology of darning was completed and perfected as a second full-fledged, controlled, and repeatable production method.
Two events coincided in time: a confirmed series in sports and a completed technology that allows you to scale the result without changing the standard of accuracy and control.
