We offer individually selected cartridges manufactured in our own laboratory. The ammunition as part of the BespokeGun shooting complex guarantees extreme accuracy.

  • A comprehensive controlled assembly process from case sorting and powder weighing to finished ammunition gauging
  • Precision of the loading processes ensured by precision equipment
  • Selection of ammunition with characteristics that best match the shooter's needs

A weapon is only as good as the ammunition used in it. BespokeGun offers its customers perfectly crafted, hand-assembled high-precision cartridges, with preliminary case preparation, sorting by bullet and case weight. The customer can order the required quantity of cartridges at any time, receive the final recipe for self-reloading, and subsequently adjust it to account for barrel wear (burnout).

Examples of work performed:

BespokeGun high-precision ammunition on turned .338LM cases

Case preparation procedure:

1. Incoming inspection (visual examination of cases).

2. Lubrication of the neck interior surface for subsequent work.

3. Mandrel (forming the neck for further work with the case).

4. Sorting cases by shoulder (for subsequent Full Size die sizing).

5. Full Size die sizing (bringing cases to a uniform size).

6. Re-forming the neck with a Mandrel (forming the neck for further work with the case).

7. Case trimming to length according to drawing.

8. Chamfering the outer and inner edges of the case mouth with a deburring tool.

9. Reaming the primer pocket.

10. Reaming the flash hole.

11. Blowing out the internal case volume with compressed air.

12. Lubricating cases with special oil for further turning.

13. Turning the case neck to wall thickness according to drawing.

14. Deburring the case shoulders.

15. Blowing out the internal case volume with compressed air.

17. Sizing cases with Full Size die with bushing ring replacements (example: for .338LM ring 1-368, 2-362).

18. Mandrel (to ensure the required neck tension on the case mouth).

19. Cleaning the internal surface of the case from lubricant and processing residues.

20. Cleaning the external surface of the case from lubricant.

21. Polishing the case (Fine + Steel wool).

22. Blowing out the internal case volume with compressed air.

Cartridge assembly:

1. Polishing the inner surface of the case neck with a Teflon brush (for uniform bullet pull).

2. Sorting cases by weight with an accuracy of 0.1 gr.

3. Sorting bullets by weight with an accuracy of 0.1 gr.

4. Seating the primer in the primer pocket.
