Перествол

BespokeGun barrel manufacturing: in-house production, configuration options (caliber/twist/contour), quality control and additional barrel manufacturing lead time from 1 business day.

Guaranteed barrel replacement.

In 2025, BespokeGun launched its own barrel manufacturing facility. This made it possible to produce barrel blanks in the required quantities with quality on par with leading global manufacturers, made from stainless steel with characteristics equivalent to 416R.

The company now has no restrictions on the specifications of the barrels it produces: caliber, twist rate, length, barrel contour, and more.

The company produces high-precision barrels from blanks with perfect bore geometry. All manufactured barrels undergo thorough quality control inspection using modern equipment.

One of the key features of BespokeGun barrels is the availability of proven solutions tailored to the shooter's goals and requirements.

Lead time for barrels on BespokeGun rifles starts from 1 business day.

1. BG (BespokeGun) Blank Overview

BG (BespokeGun) blanks: stainless steel, 416R equivalent; manufacturing method — button rifling.

Twists (options):

  • .264: 1:7 / 1:7.5 / 1:8
  • .30: 1:11 / 1:10 / 1:8 / 1:7.5
  • .338: 1:10 / 1:9

The price of a BG (BespokeGun) blank depends on:

  • caliber (.264 / .308 / .338)
  • length (28 / 30 / 32 / 34")
  • contour (#BG8 / #BG9 / #BG10 / #BG0)
  • contour diameters (at the breech end – at the muzzle)

Reference information on contours (other contours available per specifications and by agreement)

  • #BG8: 35 – 24 mm
  • #BG9: 35 – 29 mm
  • #BG10: 34 – 34 mm
  • #BG0: 35 – 35 mm

2. Custom Barrels — Individual Configuration (per specifications and by agreement)

We manufacture barrels with individual configurations (per specifications and by agreement). The configuration can be anything — agreed upon before work begins.

Imported Bartlein / True-Flite blanks: various contours, twists, lengths, and calibers are available. Availability of a specific configuration for the client's needs should be confirmed with a manager.

Caliber, length, contour

1) any caliber within your platform and application

2) length and contour — tailored to balance, weight, and shooting mode

Twist and rifling

1) matched to specific bullets/velocities/distances (twist options by agreement)

2) rifling profile/geometry options — per application

Chamber (chamber and leade options for your ammunition and magazine) — tuned to a specific bullet/COAL, including throat erosion allowance (upon request)

Muzzle — thread for muzzle brake/moderator, crown, thread length — by agreement

Finish and marking — coatings/treatment/marking — per application and requirements

Cost and lead time: calculated based on configuration. Base rebarreling prices — per price list sections; variations depend on barrel complexity and parameters.

3. Premium Barrel Blank Line «Championship Grade»

The premium line is designed for applications requiring maximum stability and result repeatability. It is manufactured using an expanded technological process and undergoes enhanced inspection.

What sets «Championship Grade» apart?

1) Steel inspection: incoming batch material control (identification, parameter verification, traceability).

Extended straightness and internal bore parameter inspection before and after finishing operations. Additional bore honing prior to rifling (surface and geometry preparation before button rifling).

2) Manual bore lapping.

3) Final polishing to the required surface finish level.

4) Special quality control at every stage: geometry, concentricity, surface inspection, and parameter stability.

5) Tight tolerances and expanded acceptance criteria per BespokeGun internal standards.

6) Configuration.

Caliber / length / contour / twist / chamber — individual configuration (per specifications and by agreement). The premium line is an additional option on top of standard barrel manufacturing. Cost is calculated individually and depends on configuration and the scope of finishing operations.

4. Pre-Rebarreling Diagnostics (for any rifle)

Diagnostics options:

1) Express diagnostics: 15,000 (2–3 hours)

2) Full diagnostics with written report on electronic media: 30,000 (6–8 hours)

Total: per selected option
