With any production technology, irregularities may remain inside any barrel, which can be easily seen through a borescope. The more irregularities there are inside the barrel, the faster it will become copper-coated during the shooting process. The amount of copper inside the barrel and the quality of its inner surface not only determine the time and effort required for cleaning, but also affect the accuracy of shooting and the amount of harmful substances that can penetrate the metal structure and cause corrosion. The main goal of barrel rolling is to eliminate scratches in the barrel channel without damaging the rifling itself.

There are several methods for barrel rolling. As a rule, barrel break-in is reduced to repeated procedure: shot, cleaning, inspection with a boroscope.

A broken barrel is subsequently easier to clean, comes to its operating speeds and shows its optimal accuracy and accuracy.

 Barrel tuning.

Barrel tuning is the selection of the optimal ammunition recipe for the available components: gunpowder, bullet, cartridge case, primer. This requires certain knowledge, experience, and equipment. This way, the weapon will show its maximum capabilities in terms of accuracy and precision.

Some barrels are tuned immediately, while others require some effort. It is rare, but it does happen that a barrel cannot be tuned at all. It shows poor accuracy or constantly breaks away. There can be a huge number of reasons: the barrel is not properly run-in (spoiled), the components for reloading are not properly selected, there is an error in the cartridge recipe, or there is a defect in the barrel itself or other components of the firing unit, such as the bolt group or the fit to the stock. If the user wants to set up and run in the shooting complex himself?

As mentioned above, we are sure to adjust the barrels as part of the carbine, this service is mandatory and we strongly recommend it when purchasing an additional barrel.

This is the only way we can confirm the declared accuracy. Accuracy is confirmed by four series of three shots in a row, and if at least one group does not meet our accuracy requirements, the product is modified and re-adjusted

It is only there that you can determine, albeit rare, but still a marriage or non-compliance of all units of the shooting unit: barrel, bed, bolt group, optics mount, optical sight, ammunition, muzzle device, shooter errors.

In the case when the user will still be configured by his own complex, we sign a document on the refusal of subsequent claims on the parameter of the rifle accuracy, except for warranty cases according to the terms of warranty service of the rifle.

Is it possible to order this service subsequently, if the rifle is not configured?

As already mentioned, improper break-in and operating conditions can irreversibly degrade the performance of the barrel or completely ruin it.

In this case, the procedure for contacting the company is as follows:

· a repair order is issued;
· the barrel is diagnosed;
· the complex is transferred to the company for examination of the possibility of configuring the complex;
· in case of a positive decision, the service is paid and the complex is configured;
· in case it is no longer possible to configure the barrel, the barrel can be replaced according to the current price list of the company;
