Own barrel production: results of the first year

During this time, several key events coincided:
The first 1,000 barrel blanks were produced using the planing method. The entire batch went through a complete production cycle and multi-stage quality control inspection — with measurements, parameter recording, and video documentation from the first blank to the last.
These barrels work in real-world conditions. Throughout the year, rifles assembled on blanks from this batch repeatedly took first place in competitions. Not selectively, not in isolated cases, but in a standard production configuration.
In parallel, production was brought to a state of complete technological freedom. We are not limited to fixed configurations: twist rates, rifling profiles, and other barrel geometry. The configuration is defined by the task, not by technological constraints.
And it was during this period that the button rifling technology was completed and refined — as a second fully capable, controlled, and repeatable production method.
