BespokeGun Control System

The experience of hundreds of blanks scrapped during experiments taught us the most important lesson: stable quality is impossible without a strict control system. We have developed a refined BespokeGun standardization system that operates at every stage of production and reduces the likelihood of defects to practically minimal values.

Its key elements:
• Production condition monitoring — temperature and humidity in the workshops are recorded continuously to eliminate deformations and deviations.
• Multi-stage inspection at all processing stages — geometry and surface roughness measurements are taken after each operation.
• Recording and video archiving — all measurement results are stored in digital and video format.
• History of each blank — every workpiece has a "route card" that reflects its entire journey: from the first operation to the finished barrel.

Upon receiving a rifle, any buyer can inspect its appearance, check the barrel with a borescope, and arrange a shooting acceptance test to verify the stated accuracy. Only after this is the acceptance certificate signed and the handover formalized.
