New BespokeGun service: barrel replacement on third-party manufacturer rifles

Why now?The market for this service is largely the same everywhere: timelines are unpredictable, the required blanks are often in short supply, and no one guarantees a quality result upfront.

We have developed a different approach— we have our own barrel blank production and an established technology. This provides the most important thing: the ability to make the process manageable and give an honest forecast before work begins.

The principle of the service is simple: the first thing we do is run a diagnostic.

We do not replace the barrel immediately, because it is an important component, but not the only factor in accuracy and reliability.

The customer receives:

— an understanding of exactly what is limiting the results in their system;

— an honest forecast based on the outcome of the barrel replacement;

— specific improvement recommendations: what to change, in what order, and with what expected outcome.

Then we:

manufacture the barrel using the selected blank:

🎯 Bartlein — USA;

🎯 True-Flite — NZ;

perform the barrel replacement and bring the system up to working standard.

Custom projects are also available separately (non-standard parameters, reaming, and customer-supplied blank) — but these are always discussed on an individual basis.

While the diagnostic or preparation is underway, the customer has the opportunity to shoot various rifles of our manufacture and compare the feel and performance of the system.
