What machines is everything produced on?

To achieve the highest quality of our products, we use the latest CNC machining centers with high precision class — unfortunately, still imported ones.

But most of them we have so deeply modernized to fully meet the demands of modern weapons production that they can be considered, if not 'made', then definitely 'refined in Russia'.

For example, in the video there is a machine modernized by us, cutting chambers.

👉🏻The tooling is of our own design, integrated into the machine's kinematics. The blank workpiece is rigidly fixed in it from both ends with an accuracy of up to 5 microns (that is 0.005 millimeters) and allows processing at high speeds (without resonating).

👉🏻The carbide reamer is also our own development. It was designed by our engineering bureau, and the tolerances and dimensions were obtained after numerous experiments and tests.
