Throughout the year, we tested and refined a separate area of work — the manufacturing and replacement of barrels for rifles from third-party manufacturers.

The goal was simple and strict: to determine whether we could deliver a stable, repeatable result, rather than one-off lucky cases. Over this year, we verified the process, checkpoints, and practical repeatability — and reached a level we are satisfied with.

That is why this service is now available.

The key principle remains unchanged: diagnostics first. We do not start working 'blind', because the barrel is an important component, but not the only factor that determines stability.

The client receives an honest assessment of their rifle, based on measurements and diagnostic findings, along with specific recommendations for improvements — what exactly needs to be changed, in what order, and with what expected outcome.

Next comes the barrel manufacturing on the selected blank and barrel replacement as part of the agreed solution.

Custom projects (non-standard parameters, client-provided reamer, client-provided blank) are possible, but are always discussed separately.
